“My journey with WOW started as a packer. A working history in retail was an adjustment to beading work. I was eager to try this new things yet understood it will all come with time.

Thurzil always encourages me to strive for more. His always creating new opportunities and want ladies to find their passion. He helps and ensures that he does what he can. A true leader and community uplifter.

Growing within WOW as the current team leader has really taught me so much. Strengths I never knew I had. He believes in me and is still encouraging me to grow even more and I am truly grateful.

“Women are like teabags. The hotter the water, the stronger the tea”.  ILEEN

WOW found me, in bad circumstances, then I was offered the opportunity. What really caught my attention was the name. WOW Women of Worth.”  NATALIE
